About Me
Hi, I'm Verity.
Flow by Design started because, quite honestly, I had a job, three children, and felt completely overwhelmed!
Life wasn't bad. In fact, from the outside, it probably looked pretty good. But after having children, something shifted. My priorities changed, and I started asking myself some difficult questions.
Was it really worth missing my children every day to do a job that felt... fine?
Was this how I wanted life to look?
I think one of the hardest things for women is that we can feel grateful for our lives while also quietly craving something different. For a long time, I felt guilty for even thinking that way. Not because my family wasn't enough. Not because my life was bad. I just felt like somewhere along the way, I had lost sight of what really mattered to me.
Around that time, I signed up for some mindset coaching and received a Human Design reading. I had never even heard of Human Design before and I was blown away. I guess I knew it, really, but this was confirmation and reassurance that we are not all designed to work, live, make decisions, or use our energy in the same way.
Human Design helped me understand my strengths, my energy, and the ways I had been working against myself instead of with myself.
I also discovered NLP, which helped me become more aware of the negative self talk and self doubt that were shaping the way I saw myself and my life.
Together, these tools helped me reconnect with who I already was underneath all the pressure, expectations, and noise of everyday life.
That journey became Flow by Design. I wanted to create the kind of support I wish I'd had when I was questioning everything. A space where people can pause, reconnect with themselves, and explore what they really want without guilt, pressure, or judgement. Because it's never too late to question whether the path you're on still feels right. And it's never too late to create a life that feels more like your own.
One thing I've also loved is exploring my children's Human Design profiles and seeing just how differently their energy works. It's been such an interesting way to think about communication, connection, and family life because we're all wired differently. For parents who are curious, we can explore this too.
My approach is warm, grounded, and practical. This is not about fixing yourself or becoming a different person. It's about understanding yourself more deeply, trusting yourself again, and creating a life that leaves a little more room for you in it.
"I didn't realise how disconnected from myself I'd become until our session. It felt like someone had finally helped me make sense of what I'd been feeling."

"As a mum, I spend so much time looking after everyone else. This gave me the space to think about myself again, without guilt."
Lucy
"I came away feeling calmer, more confident, and with a much clearer idea of what I wanted moving forward."
